VIP Membership Card Management Rules

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

1. Purpose

To provide health information services and price discounts for Beijing Tong Ren Tang Australia VIP members, reduce the financial burden on members, enhance customers' health awareness, cultivate self-care habits, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.

2. Membership Registration and Terms of Use

• 2.1 Personal Use Only: Membership cards require real-name registration and are strictly for personal use only. Cards cannot be loaned, transferred, resold, or used on behalf of others.
• 2.2 Membership Requirements: Members must pay an annual fee of AUD 22 at any company store to process their membership card. The membership fee is not eligible for any discounts, unless specially approved by the General Manager.

Applicants must possess a mobile phone number, follow the company’s official WeChat subscription account, and join their respective store’s WeChat group; otherwise, the company reserves the right to cancel their membership.

• 2.3 Mandatory Registration Details: Member registration data includes:
  • Member ID (For digital membership cards, the mobile phone number serves as the Member ID)
  • Full Name
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • Residential Postcode
  • Membership Expiry Date
• 2.4 Digital Membership Cards: The company will gradually phase in a digital membership card system.
  • The annual fee for a digital membership card is AUD 20. Before physical membership cards are sold out, customers may choose to obtain either a digital or physical membership card.
• 2.5 Issuance of Digital Membership Cards: Digital membership cards are temporarily produced by each store based on a standardized template provided by Headquarters.
  • Upon successful registration and payment, the store will send the digital membership card via WeChat.
  • If a member does not have WeChat, they must provide an email address during registration, and the store will send the digital card via email.
  • The digital membership card serves as written proof of membership status and validity, displaying:
    • VIP Membership Card
    • Member's Full Name
    • Expiry Date
• 2.6 Redeeming Member Benefits: To enjoy discounts, members must proactively present a valid membership card.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., if the card is forgotten), the cashier must verify the member's details—including full name and membership validity—via the computer system before applying any discounts.

3. In-Store Member Discounts and Benefits

• 3.1 Consultation & Treatment Fees: 10% Off
• 3.2 Prescription Herbal Pieces (Yinpi): 10% Off
• 3.3 Herbal Decoction & Processing Services: 10% Off
• 3.4 Tong Ren Tang Branded Chinese Proprietary Medicines (CPM) & Represented Brands: 10% Off
• 3.5 Tong Ren Tang Branded Soup Packs: 5% Off
• 3.6 Tong Ren Tang Branded Premium Tonics & Health Products: 5% Off
• 3.7 Other Brands of Chinese Proprietary Medicines (CPM): 5% Off
• 3.8 Wild Cordyceps Sinensis: 3% Off
• 3.9 Exclusions: Other miscellaneous merchandise, special offers, promotional items, and online purchases are not eligible for membership discounts.

The company reserves the right to adjust membership registration conditions and member benefits at any time without prior notice. Beijing Tong Ren Tang Australia retains the ultimate right of interpretation for these rules.
