Basic Formula

Ingredients for one pack:

• Xiang Ru 9g
• Zhi Gan Cao 6g
• Xing Ren 9g
• Shi Gao 20g (Decoct first)
• Gui Zhi 9g
• Ze Xie 9g
• Zhu Ling 9g
• Bai Zhu 9g
• Fu Ling 15g
• Chai Hu 16g
• Huang Qin 6g
• Jiang Ban Xia 9g
• Sheng Jiang 9g （Self-prepared)
• Zi Wan 9g
• Qian Hu 9g
• She Gan 9g
• Bo He 6g (Add later， 5 mins before finishing decoction)
• Shan Yao 12g
• Zhi Shi 6g
• Chen Pi 6g
• Huo Xiang 9g (Add later， 5 mins before finishing decoction)

Taking method:

• one pack per day (soak the herbs in cold water for 30 mins; decoct them in low fire for about 20 mins after the water is boiled; filter into 600ml liquid);
• divide the 600ml liquid into 3 times a day, drink 200ml warm liquid each time;
• drink the herbal liquid 40 minutes after a meal.

***Disclaimer: The original formula of Qing Fei Pai Du Tang – Ji Chu Fang contains prohibited ingredients in Australia. Particularly, Ma Huang (Ephedrae Herba) is replaced by Xiang Ru, Kuan Dong Hua (Farfarae Flos) is replaced by Qian Hu, Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) is replaced by Bo He.
